ELISA/CFT

The antigens are used for the detection of antibodies against Chlamydia* in the blood serum samples of humans and animals by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) or the complement fixation test (CFT).
It is useful for serological screening and surveillance.

Positive and Negative rabbit sera

Positive rabbit sera (PRS) containing specific antibodies against Chlamydia*, can be used as positive controls. Negative rabbit sera (NRS) without specific antibodies against Chlamydia can be used as negative controls.

* Chlamydophila abortus, Chlamydophila psittaci and Chlamydia trachomatis are used according to the customer’s request.
